Ingredients :
Maida (all purpose flour) - 1 cup.
Rice Flour (biyyam pindi) - 1/4 cup.
Curd (yogurt) (perugu) - 1 cup.
Baking soda (cooking soda) (vanta soda) - 1/2 tbsp.
Salt - as per taste.
Chopped greenchilli (sannaga tharigina pachimirchi) - 3 tbsps.
Chopped Ginger - 1 tbsp.
Cumin Seeds (zeelakarra) - 1 tbsp.
Process :
Maida (all purpose flour) - 1 cup.

Process :
- Mix maida,rice flour,baking soda,salt with required curd.
- Make batter thick.
- Now add greenchilli,ginger,cumin seeds to the batter.mix them.
- Heat Oil in a deep pan make into small round bondas put into oil.
- Remove when they turns into golden brown color.
- Serve mysore bonda with coconut chutney or peanut chutney.
