Ingredients :
Corn flour (makki atta) (mokkajonna pindi) - 2 cups.
Salt - to taste.
Warm Water - to make dough.
Cumin seeds (jeelakarra)(jeera) - 1/2 tbsp.
Chopped greenchilli (harimirchi) (pachimirchi) - 1/2 tbsp.
Chopped ginger (adrak) (allam) - 1/2 tbsp.
Chopped Curry leaves (karivepaku) - 1/2 tbsp.
Chopped Coriander leaves (kothimeera) - 1/2 tbsp.
Process:

Process:
- Mix corn flour,salt,cumin seeds,greenchilli,ginger,curry leaves,coriander leaves.
- Make dough by mixing warm water.
- Now take small portions of dough ona wet cloth or sheet.
- Press the ball with fingers by sprinkile some water like roti shape.
- Cook roti on heat pan on slow flame.
- Cook both sides.
- Spread some butter on the surface of roti.
- Remove from pan.Serve hot.
