Ingredients :
All purpose flour (maida) - 1 1/2 cup.
Sabudana (sago) (saggubiyyam) - 1/2 cup.
Curd (Yogurt) (perugu) - 1 cup.
Chopped green chilli - 1 tbsp.
Chopped ginger - 1 tbsp.
Chopped Onions - 1 tbsp.
Chopped curry leaves - 1tbsp.
Salt - to taste.
Oil - for deep fry.
Process :

Process :
- Soak sabudana in curd for 3 hours.
- Mix all purpose flour with sabudana,curd mix.add salt to it.
- Now Mix greenchilli,ginger,onions,curry leaves.Mix them well.
- Make the batter like bonda consistancy.
- Drop small bondas in heat oil.
- Fry them well till they turns to golden brown clolor.
- Sabudana bonda is ready to serve.
