Ingredients :
All purpose flour (maida) - 1 cup.
Wheat Flour (godhuma pindi) - 1 cup.
Salt - to taste.
Water - to make dough.
Oil or ghee - as u require.
Roomali Roti :
All purpose flour (maida) - 1 cup.
Wheat Flour (godhuma pindi) - 1 cup.
Salt - to taste.
Water - to make dough.
Oil or ghee - as u require.
Roomali Roti :
- Mix maida,wheat flour,salt.
- Make a smooth dough by adding water.
- Cover it with cloth put it aside for 30 mins.
- Make small balls of dough and roll a thin chapathi of 12" daimeter circle using little dry flour.
- It should thin like tissue.
- Heat an inverted tawa.
- Place roomali roti carefully over it.
- Cook it till done.Fold it like handkerchief.
- Serve it with any indian curry.
