Egg Bonda

Ingredients :

Beasan (gram flour) (senaga pindi) - 1 cup.
Baking Soda (cooking soda) (vanta soda) - 1/2 tbsp.
Salt - as per taste.
Boiled eggs - 4.
Red chilli powder - 1/2 tbsp.
Vammu (ajmain) - 1/2 tbsp.
Oil - for deep fry.

process :

  • Mix besam flour,salt,vammu,red chilli powder,baking soda in bowl.
  • Make the batter like dosa consisstancy.
  • Now cut boiled eggs into half.
  • Dip one egg half in batter drop it in heat oil.
  • Fry them well till they turns to golden brown.
  • Egg bonda is ready to serve.
