Bread Dosa

Ingredients :

Bread slices - 10.
Sooji (semolina) (Upma ravva) - 1/2 cup.
Rice flour (biyyam pindi) - 1 tbsp.
Curd (yogurt) (perugu) - 3 tbsps.
Salt - as per taste.
Mustad seeds (avalu) - 1/2 tbsp.
Cumin seeds (zeelakarra) (jeera) - 1/2 tbsp.
Chopped Greenchilli (pachimirchi) (harimirchi) - 2 tbsps.
Chopped Ginger (adrak) (allam) - 1 tbsp.
Chopped Onions - 3 tbsps.
Chopped Coriander leaves (kothimeera) - 2 tbsps.
Oil - for temparing.

Process to make Bread Dosa Batter :
  • Take bread slices cut the brown color edges.
  • Soak bread in water for 2-3 mins.
  • Immediatly squeeze out water from bread.
  • Now take a bowl mix sooji,rice flour,salt,curd.
  • Grind Bread pieces and above sooji mix.
  • Put the batter a side.
Bread Dosa:
  • Heat oil in pan add mustad,cumin,greenchilli,ginger,onions.
  • Fry them till onions turns to golden brown.
  • Finally add coriander leaves.
  • Mix this in batter.
  • Heat dosa pan put one spoon of batter spread it roundly like dosa.
  • Cook it on slow flame.
  • Turn it and cook other side similarly.
  • Remove it from pan.
  • Now Bread Dosa is ready to serve.
  • Serve it with chutney.
