Gongura Endu Mirapakayala Pachadi (or) Gongura Chutney

Ingredients :

Gongura Bunch (sorrel leaves) - 1.

Red chilli (endu mirapakayalu) - 15.

Coriander seeds (daniyalu) - 4 tbsps.

Cumin seeds (jeelakarra) - 1 tbsp.

Tamarind paste (chinthapandu) - 1 tbsp. 

Salt - to taste.

Process :

  • clean gongura leaves with water.
  • Dry gorura leaves one full night.
  • Heat oil in a pan fry gongura leaves till gongura mashed.
  • Take another pan heat 2tbsp of oil fry redchilli.
  • Fry coriander seeds also.
  • Now grind mashed gngura leaves,redchilli,coriander leaves,cumin seeds,tamarind,salt.
  • Gongura endumirapakayala pachadi is ready.
