Ingredients :
Bitter ground (kakarakayalu) - 2.
Green chilli (pachimirchi) - 5.
Salt - to taste.
Chintakaya Pachadi - 1 1/2 tbsp.
Oil - 3 tbsps.
Mustad seeds (avalu) - 1/4 tbsp.
Cumin seeds (jeelakarra) - 1/4 tbsp.
Crushed Garlic (velluli) - 1.
Curry leaves (karivepaku) - 4.
Chana dal (senaga bedalu) - 1 tbsp.
Process :
Bitter ground (kakarakayalu) - 2.

Cumin seeds (jeelakarra) - 1/4 tbsp.

Chana dal (senaga bedalu) - 1 tbsp.
Process :
- Grind kakarakaya,green chilli,chinthakaya pachadi,salt to a fine paste by adding little water.
- Heat oil in a pan add mustad seeds,cumin seeds,garlic,curry leaves,chanadal.fry them.
- Now add kakarakaya paste to it.
- Cook it on slow flame by keep mixing.
- Cook it for 5 mins until lose rawness.Off the flame.
- Kakarakaya chutney is ready.
