Kakarakaya Pachadi (or) BitterGround Chutney

Ingredients :

Bitter ground (kakarakayalu) - 2.

Green chilli (pachimirchi) - 5.

Salt - to taste.

Chintakaya Pachadi - 1 1/2 tbsp.

Oil - 3 tbsps.

Mustad seeds (avalu) - 1/4 tbsp.

Cumin seeds (jeelakarra) - 1/4 tbsp.

Crushed Garlic (velluli) - 1.

Curry leaves (karivepaku) - 4.

Chana dal (senaga bedalu) - 1 tbsp.

Process :

  • Grind kakarakaya,green chilli,chinthakaya pachadi,salt to a fine paste by adding little water.
  • Heat oil in a pan add mustad seeds,cumin seeds,garlic,curry leaves,chanadal.fry them.
  • Now add kakarakaya paste to it.
  • Cook it on slow flame by keep mixing.
  • Cook it for 5 mins until lose rawness.Off the flame.
  • Kakarakaya chutney is ready.
