Ingredients :
Wheat flour (goduma pindi) - 2 cups.
Salt - as per taste.
Warm water - 1 cup.
Oil - for deep fry.
Process :

Process :
- Make smooth dough.
- Put aside for 30mins by covering with lid.
- Take a dough ball.
- Dip the ball in flour and make roti with roller.
- Heat oil in a deep pan for deep fry.
- Fry poori in oil press down poori into oil with spoon.turn it to another side.
- Take away poori from oil when it turns to light brown.
- Serve it with aloo kurma.
