Poori

Ingredients :

Wheat flour (goduma pindi) - 2 cups.
Salt - as per taste.
Warm water - 1 cup.
Oil - for deep fry.

Process :

  • Make smooth dough.
  • Put aside for 30mins by covering with lid.
  • Take a dough ball.
  • Dip the ball in flour and make roti with roller.
  • Heat oil in a deep pan for deep fry.
  • Fry poori in oil press down poori into oil with spoon.turn it to another side.
  • Take away poori from oil when it turns to light brown.
  • Serve it with aloo kurma.
