Ingredients :
Wheat flour (goduma pindi) - 2 cups.
Eggs (ande)(kodi gudlu) - 3.
Vammu (ajmain) - 1/2 tbsp.
Chopped green chilli - 1 tbsp.
Chopped Coriander Leaves - 1 tbsp.
Salt - as per taste.
Oil - 2 tbsps.
Ghee - 2 tbsps.
Process to make Egg Paratha :
Wheat flour (goduma pindi) - 2 cups.

Process to make Egg Paratha :
- Take a bowl add wheat flour,1 egg,vammu,green chilli,coriander leaves,salt,oil.Mix it well.
- Make dough by adding water.
- Keep it aside for 30 mins.
- Now beat two more eggs in another bowl.Mix it well with spoon.
- Take a ball of dough roll it into circle shape using roller.
- Put it on hot pan now spread egg evenly on the surface of paratha.
- Now fold the Paratha in a triangle shape.
- Turn paratha to another side.
- Cook paratha until it turns into golden brown color.Add ghee on the top of paratha.
