Chinthakaya Pachadi(Raw Tamarind pickle)

Ingredients :



Pachi Chinthakayalu (Raw Tamarind) -  1 kg.
Salt - 1/6 kg.
Turmaric (pasupu) - 2 tbsp.

Process :

  • Wash chinthakayalu well.
  • Dry them well in open air.
  • Now grind chinthakayalu,salt,turmaric.
  • Now raw chinthakaya pachadi is ready.
  • Store it in a jar.
  • Now it is ready to make chutneys.
